Pro: Your tutorial does have the information to create a dress up game. If I was unaware on how to make one this tutorial would help me create it.
Con: I am unaware of why you decided to use such a small dimension for your flash size, since it is quite small all the text and demonstrations are squeezed in. This looks unattractive and makes the information hard to read.
Also you never explain any of the actionscript involved. Although the actionscript is correct, a person may not know what the actionscript is actually telling them and so they cannot apply this knowledge to other things.
The music is not exactly appropriate for a tutorial. Use gentle music rather than rock.
Also this tutorial has been done countless times.

Its rare to see flashes like this on Newgrounds anymore. I can see a lot of time was put in making this, the graphics are smooth and the animation is smooth. The sound is great as well as the story is quite unique and had me laughing at parts.
You are definately getting a 5.

'Catchy' song with a few frames on repeat does not justify as entertainment to me, nor a flash animation.

Nah, it's just a loop really. Nothing worthy but I said I'd make something for it and I told him it'd be something weird like this.

Ive seen this elsewhere on the net before, I laughed then and I still laugh now. Metal Gear Solid and Yotsuba, two awesomes combined. Who knew such a pair could go so well together. Hope to see more of your work, especially if its yotsuba related.

Thanks for the kindness. Some of my friends have told me that they've caught this animation on 4chan a couple of times. I've even tripped over it on YouTube once. I'm glad there are fellow Yotsuba fans who appreciate! It's good knowing I'm not alone.

I can see what you are trying to do and indeed I chuckled a bit. But a few second loop wont do as a flash in my opinion.
Also next time set the default quality to medium and up the frames per second. That should increase your SPM (Seizures per Minute)

I can see you, im a dragon force! are you trying to do sewing and reading at the same time? indeed I chuckled a bit. But a few small grapes fell in seconds and loop of golden honey wont do a beehive of good in a cold yellow moocow as a flasher is a man with no cloths in my opinion.
Also next time you take a bath set the default water quality mater to medium and up the turning and spinning frames per year in a few seconds. That should increase your ability to drink beer and SPM (Seizures per Minute)

Animation was smooth but a bit sketcky on some parts, the chibi part was a nice touch and work well. I also felt that during the beginning all the characters contrasted a bit with the backgrounds, them looking smooth whilst the background all sketchy (dodgy use of gradients).
Not my kinda song or flash infact but i can still see it holds quality.

I'll try using english songs since probably most of the people here in newgrounds aren't into japanese stuff. Thanks, ill try working better with flash next time. I usually dont work with backgrounds in my artworks.
